I am currently pursuing a rigorous BUMS ( bachelor of Unani medicine and surgery) degree at the STATE UNANI MEDICAL COLLEGE PRAYAGRAJ .

  2. Unani Medicine, a comprehensive system established centuries ego, has provided me with a solid academic and philosophical base for understanding the intricacies of the human body, the processes of disease, and the efficacy of natural remedies .
  3. The Unani concept of [Mizaj] (Temperament) and the Four Humours guides me to view each individual as a unique entity, ensuring that health solutions are personalized and highly effective.

The Core Purpose Of My Blog: To create a space where prevention(रोकथाम) is prioritized over cure ( उपचार) and where all aspect of medicine are discussed with a sound evidence-based approach. 

I advocate for an integrated a Medical Approach. I recognize that no single medical system holds all the answer to human health. therefore, I have focused on understanding and levearging the strengths and synergistic effects of various system.

Unani Medicine : My Academic Root:

As a research and writing. I share in-depth knowledge on Unani student, this is the core of many principles such as` Tadbeer Bil Ghiza (dietetics ), Tadbeer Bil Ilhaq *(Regimental Therapies like cupping and massage ), and the practical application of herbs through Unani pharmacology. I emphasize the Sittah Zaruriyah (Essential Factors for Health ), which highlight the critical role of life style and environmental factors.

Ayurveda

I extensively study the principles of this great Indian system, including the “Tridosha” thoery (Vata, pitta, kapha) and the importence of health preservation through ‘Dinchariya’ (daily Regimen) and Rutucharya(Seasonal Regimen). My articles focus on highlighting the synergies between Unani and Ayurvedic knowledge, particularly in holistic health and personalized lifestyle management. 

Homeopathy

This system is based on th principle of ‘Like Cure Like’ and the ‘Minimum Dose’. I present a balance academic analysis of Homeopathy’s  individualized, gentle, and safe therapeutic approach. This knowledge provides valuable alternative pathways for readers seeking Non-invasive, long-term solution for chronic conditions.

As a medical student, I fully acknowledge the indispensable role of modern Allopathic Medicine. There is no substitute for modern science in acute medical emergencies, accurate diagnosis, advanced surgical procedures, and breakthrough medical innovation.

My firm conviction is that a healthy nation is built not just through individual cures, bit through Public Health protection and awareness. By applying the principle of PSM, my aim is empower you not just to  treat illness, but to prevent disease risk in your family and community

My focus is not only on curative medicine but also on achieving Peak Fitness & maximizing the quality of life

I view Fitness as being broader than just physical exercise. it encompasses Nutrition, mental health, emotional wellness, & life style balance. I provide practical guidance on achieving fitness goals using the holistic principle of Unani & Ayurveda, alongside modern exercise science. i emphasize balance between traditional practices like Yoga/ pranayama & contemporary workout routines.
